By browsing or using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Separate written agreements govern any distribution, rights management, publishing, marketing or other professional service provided by VIRO.

3. Informational Nature and No Automatic Contract

Sending an enquiry, project, demo or other material does not create a contract, representation, fiduciary relationship, exclusivity obligation or duty for VIRO to review, accept, distribute, publish or promote the material. Any engagement becomes binding only through a separate agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

You may access and view the site for lawful personal or professional information purposes. 6. Materials and Messages Sent to VIRO

You remain responsible for materials you send and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share them. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, personal Data of others without a lawful basis, or material subject to confidentiality obligations. Unless VIRO has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, sending unsolicited material does not create a confidentiality obligation.

The site contains links to independent platforms including Spotify, YouTube and Instagram. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement of all third-party content. Access to those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with business users, the courts of Naples have exclusive jurisdiction where legally permitted. If the user qualifies as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction and protections provided by consumer law remain unaffected.
